Stavros Vakis is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and mixing engineer from Cyprus. At the young age of 8, he began his musical journey by learning guitar, saxophone, and drums, and went on to earn a degree for guitar and saxophone from the Hellenic Conservatory in 2018. Throughout his musical career, Stavros has played in numerous local bands and performed at various entertainment and charity events, honing his craft and developing his skills as a musician.

Stavros has graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Electronic Production and Design, and a minor in Recording and Production for Musicians. Alongside his studies, Stavros has recorded and produced various talented and emerging artists, helping bring out the best in their music on successive and ongoing collaborations.

Stavros is passionate about Mixing in both stereo and surround formats (Quad, 5.1, Dolby Atmos), Sound Design for music and film, and has studied the art of Mastering under renowned mastering engineer Jonathan Wyner. He has honed his skills as a recording engineer, engineering multiple sessions with large format analog consoles and equipment, and incorporating them in his own music. Stavros is currently working as a Lead Engineer at silkscreen.studio and as a freelance mixer.
